Package includes:

• Accommodation on twin sharing room at listed hotels or equivalent
• Daily breakfast + Dinner at residing hotels
• Transportation by air-conditioned vehicle for entire tour

• Camera fee, Entrances to visits, Guide charges, Tips & expenses any of personal nature
• Inland flight/train charges any

• • Tour cost is subject to change if the number of passengers changes
  • Tour cost valid for travel on specified duration
  • Tour cost is subject to change with respect to number of passengers, travel dates, services included,
    etc.
  • Air fare, Train seats & Hotels are subject to availability
  • Confirm train tkt cannot be guaranteed
  • Railway berth will be allotted as per Railway Allotment
  • Tatkal (if required) charges for train tkt will be extra
  • Costs do not include any surcharges due to high season/ block out dates/festivals/Public Holidays
  • Check in for hotels 1400 Hrs & Check Out time: 1100 Hrs
  • Guaranteed early check-in and late check-out NOT included/guaranteed
  • Services mentioned in the itinerary will be provided, however, the travel plan may change because of
    reasons beyond control such as change in flight or train schedules/bad weather condition/political
    unrest/logistical problems/situation beyond control etc.
  • Above itinerary is tentative and subject to change as per actual, logistics and situations
  • All sightseeing visits are subject to weather condition
  • Quote does not include alcohol in room, at meals, during transfers and on sightseeing is not
    necessarily included in the cost. In case it is needed in room, transfers & sightseeing; an additional will
    have to be paid in addition to the tour price.
  • All hotels do not have tea / Coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to hotel and city to
    city.
  • Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel /
    restaurant used. It could be requested but cannot guaranteed.
  • We are not holding any reservations. Confirmation is subject to availability on clients’ preferred dates,
    failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternative dates will be provided on which the same
    price can be maintained.
  • All disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata Court only.

Payment schedule: (If otherwise not stated in your tour proposal)
At the time of booking: Registration amount: INR 10,000 per person
35days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
21days before departure: Balance full amount

Cancellation terms:
31days or before departure: Registration amount of INR 10,000/- per person
30-15 days before departure: 50% of Tour cost per person
14-07 days before departure: 75% of Tour cost per person
Within 7days or “No Show”: The entire tour cost per person
